A furnace diagnosis cost $135 + HST**
** Terms and Conditions Apply. $135 + HST fee only applies to residential properties within our service are, during our business hours, which are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, except for holidays. The after-hours service call for residential properties in our serviced area fee is $240 + HST. For commercial properties, the service call fee is $240 + HST during business hours and $375 + HST outside of our business hours. We reserve the right to change or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice. The maintenance fee for a residential gas furnace or central air conditioner is $135 + HST, and for commercial rooftop units is $250 + HST.
